MyAccount is getting upgraded to the Grubhub for Restaurants platform, but trust us, this a change worth looking forward to.
How Grubhub for Restaurants helps you
See order progress right away
We’ve updated the design of Grubhub for Restaurants so orders are easier to find. Rather than seeing all orders on one page, the platform organizes your orders by their status:
- Scheduled - Preorders that customers have placed in advance
- New - New orders for you to confirm
- In House - Orders you’ve started preparing
- Out the Door - Orders that are out for delivery or ready for pickup
Orders automatically move to each section as you confirm and update the order.
Do more with financials
In addition to seeing past statements and transaction history, you can easily find your deposit history and current balance broken up by week, month, or a custom time range in the Financials section.
More self service than ever before
The new platform enables you to manage your business with fewer obstacles.
Adjust or cancel orders directly, open or close your restaurant at the click of a button, keep your customers informed with automatic order progress notifications, and if you offer delivery, update you delivery time and pickup estimates on your own.
Edit your menu in minutes
Instantly hide menu items when you run out, edit your menu in any way you want, and set specials for any specific time you want.
Greater visibility into deliveries
For restaurants using Grubhub delivery, you can track your drivers with a live map. See your orders in real-time, and hold your drivers accountable with ratings.
